The Falcons fumbled the ball late in the fourth quarter, giving the Eagles the ability to close out the game.DeSean Jackson scored two touchdowns in the first quarter, one on an end-around and one through the air, to help the Eagles to a 14-0 lead. Jackson would soon leave the game, though, because of a hit by Falcons defensive back Dunta Robinson, who was called for a personal foul for hitting a defenseless player.
The heroics of New England’s reunited duo erased a solid outing from Joe Flacco, who completed 27 of 35 passes for 285 yards and two scores in defeat.
