To commemorate the annual NFL Pro Bowl, Nike has launched a special version of one of their most wanted silhouettes which they dubbed as the Nike Dunk Low ‘2011 NFL Pro Bowl Edition. Inspired of the anticipated event, this Dunk Low reminds us of where the game is played, which is in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Every detail on the new Nike Dunk Low ‘2011 NFL Pro Bowl’ is motivated by the Hawaiian Islands where the 2011 NFL Pro Bowl took place. Its upper is dominated by highlights of white and grey while accents of green and aqua are established throughout. Aside from being mere accents, the aqua and green hues on the upper also remind us of the water and trees that are abundant in Hawaii. Other notable details include the Ohana’ wording on the heel tab,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Nike Football and Ohana branding on the tongue label,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], graphics on the footbed, and the image of Hawaii Island and NFL Pro Bowl insignia embroidered on the lateral heel. Finishing this pair are the white midsole with aqua stitch detailing, and aqua translucent outsole.
