Bone cyst in children, often caused by pathologic fracture, fracture fixation difficulties, the preferred method is both reliable fixation without damage to the epiphysis. Abstract : [Objective] To investigate the bone marrow cavity with vascularized fibular graft treatment of children with bone cyst with fracture of the surgical method and results. [Conclusion] vascularized fibular marrow transplantation for treatment of bone cyst with fracture of children, either as a tumor of the filling material, but also can play the role of intramedullary nailing of tumor recurrence rate, fracture healing, no damage epiphysis complications.
