US-European differences in income distribution policy and its causes
Mr Robert Kagan has deep sharply pointed out: rules, self-restraint in the stage of cross-border consultation and cooperation. In other words, Europe itself has entered the park after the period of human history European countries while social welfare is complete, the gap smaller, but high unemployment, weak economic growth. High unemployment, weak economic growth is not the root of the welfare system, income distribution policy of equality, but in the actual implementation of the system and policies will be absolute.
