The shout costs 25 rage and has a 3 minute cool down, so you’re probably only going to be able to do this once during a fight, which means you have to use it wisely in order for it to be effective. Obviously you’re not going to use this in one-on-one matches usually. When soloing,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this is best used when you are low on health being attacked by several enemies at once. Pick the enemy with the lowest health as your target, shout and finish your target hopefully in a blow or two. This is going to require that you’ve managed your rage enough to do this.
Eight seconds is a long time in combat but not long at all in terms of healing for you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so either use your remaining time to apply a bandage quickly if you think you can survive the rest of the enemies,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or beat a hasty retreat.
