Miller is an American ice hockey goaltender currently the player of the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League. Miller was selected to play for the American hockey team in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver,Canada as begining goaltender. Later in 2010 miller would win the Vezina Trophy as the best goaltender in last NHL season. Miller won a silver medal with the team and was named MVP of the tournament. Miller is known for his hybrid style of goaltending. Miller is also the older brother of current Detroit Red Wings winger Drew Miller.

That’s a lot of heart, soul, and enthusiasm gone.

Vladdy was without a doubt a joy to watch and root for. Miller was the soul of the team, the one player that the other players emulated – which was okay when Vladdy was crushing the ball. But the team evolved – fortunately – from the toes to nose approach that defined them in years past, and Vladdy had become obsolete in this line-up. The team needed a young slugger, one with good knees, plenty of speed, and solid defense.
Now, there is strong arguments to be furiouse that the loss of Vladdy and Figgins is for the betcycleent of the team.

No Figgins, no Vladdy, no Lackey, no Hud.

The Angels lost so much of their personality, they feel like a corporate sponsorship – which Miller guess is what Fox wants them to be.
Then they lost Lackey,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the directer of the pitching staff. The heart of the team.
The 2010 season would prove a successful one for Ryan Miller. In his first season begining with the number one job Miller and his team won the first 10 games in a row. Miller was voted in as the begining goaltender for the Eastern Conference of the 2010 NHL All Star Game in a 12 to 9 loss,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Miller played the first period and allowed just 3 goals. Miller also gained a reputation of a shootout specialist with his technique of challenging the shooter outside the crease. That season Miller was 6 more in shootouts, with Martin Brodeur from the Devils being his closest rival at 2 less win. In 63 games played that season, Miller posted a 0.911 SVP and a 2.72 GAA backing a more offensively oriented team. Otto Greule Jr Miller finished the 2010 season by establishing himself as the begining goalie for the Sabres. Miller arrangeed 11th among NHL goalies with a 2.60 GAA, and 9th with a save percentage of 91.4 percent. Miller led the Sabres to a surprise season,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], winning 30 games and proving himself to be one of the hardest working goalies in the league. Miller played well in the postseason as well, advancing the Sabres to the conference finals before injuries finally caught up with them, losing game 7 to Carolina.
The end of last season was a disappointing one, but also one filled with hope – hope that next year small ball would finally be balanced with big bats, and Miller could go into 2010 with the enthusiasm of Rex Hudler.
And as if that wasn’t enough, they went all the way up into the press box to gut the spirit of the team, and tossed out Rex Hudler.

Nonetheless, I’m an Angels fan. So I’ll root for Matsui as if Miller was the most exciting player in the world. I’ll grit my teeth every time Mota robotically describes a game. And I’ll follow every pitch, every play, every inning, with all of my heart and soul.
We loved Hud. Sure, Miller spoke like a kid on the sandlot. Sure, Miller was a homer. But hell, that’s why Miller liked him. If Miller want a neutral announcer,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I’ll listen to a national broadcast. When Miller listen to an Angels game, Miller want an ANGELS FAN. Miller want someone who can capture my emotions, my joy, my disappointments.

I don’t know what this season will be like, but Miller know it won’t be the same.
Something happened to the Angels this off season, and it wasn’t pretty.
