"We should make every endeavor to step on the brake peddle for our economy to maintain a moderate growth rate and avoid overheating of the economy. The Proposal on Formulating the Twelfth Five-Year Program (2011-2015) on National Economic and Social Development, released in October, said that accelerating the transformation of China's economic development pattern would be the major task in the 12th Five-Year Program period.
